Buried Enhanced Modified PVC (MPVC-SR) Non-Excavation Dedicated Communication Pipe Currently, in communication non-excavation projects, PE pipes and silicon core pipes are mainly used. Our company's newly developed new generation of communication non-excavation dedicated pipe MPVC-SR is superior to PE pipes and silicon core pipes in terms of performance, connection methods, procurement costs, and transportation. The pipe is placed in a -15°C freezer and frozen for 1 hour before impact testing; it does not break. A convenient, ultra-high-strength connection method uses a special adhesive connection, which is easy to connect, and the strength of the connection is higher than that of the pipe body itself. MPVC-SR pipe has flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, and its flame-retardant performance exceeds V0 grade, which is very beneficial for fire safety; the raw materials use hygienic and environmentally friendly polymer materials and additives, and the pipe material entering the soil does not pollute the environment or soil. The pipe is buried to four-fifths of the outer diameter of the pipe, with one-fifth exposed. A 20-ton road roller with level 3 vibration repeatedly rolls over it, and the pipe does not break. The raw material of MPVC-SR pipe is mainly calcium carbide, the price of calcium carbide is stable and the cost is low; its coefficient of friction is 0.25-0.35, the inner wall is smooth, the wire pulling resistance is small, and the out-of-roundness of the outer diameter is less than 1-3%, so the inner diameter utilization space is large, and the cost performance is far superior to HDPE pipes and silicon core pipes. MPVC-SR pipe meets the requirements of special scenarios, adapts to construction sites with walls and houses, and can be connected while pulling. And no power is needed for connection or repair; at room temperature, special glue can be used directly for socket connection, which is flexible and convenient.

PE pipes have an elongation at break of over 500%, and will not rupture under various ground subsidence and seismic crustal movements, demonstrating high safety. With a bending radius (R≥15D), pipe bending fittings are unnecessary, simplifying construction. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion of PE pipes is 1.5X10-4mm/mm℃, meaning their length is almost unaffected by temperature changes, and they do not undergo physical changes even at -80℃, making them especially suitable for use in severely cold regions.

Metal or other pipes must be protected against corrosion, and their service life is generally only 30 years, while PE pipes are resistant to various chemical media and are not affected by soil corrosion. 2. Good toughness and flexibility. PE pipe is a high-toughness pipe material with a breaking elongation of more than 500%. It is highly adaptable to uneven ground settlement and displacement. It has good seismic resistance. Small-diameter pipes can be bent arbitrarily. 3. Smooth pipe wall, low friction coefficient, easy cabling, high construction efficiency, and low construction cost. 4. Good electrical insulation performance, long service life (underground pipe life over 50 years), durable, and reliable line operation. 5. Light weight, easy maintenance, installation, and operation, easy to transport and operate. 6. Small-diameter pipes can be used in coil form, with long pipe sections and few joints, making installation simple. 7. Pipes can be made in various colors for distinction. 8. Excellent low-temperature impact resistance. The low-temperature embrittlement temperature of PE is extremely low, and it can be safely used in the range of 20-60°C. During winter construction, the material's good impact resistance prevents pipe cracking. 9. Good wear resistance. Compared with other metal pipes, PE pipes have four times the wear resistance of metal pipes. 10. Convenient connection, various new construction methods can be used. In addition to traditional excavation methods, PE pipes can also be constructed using various new trenchless technologies, such as pipe jacking, pipe lining, and pipe bursting. This is the only option for places where excavation is not allowed.
