On August 6, 2010, the water supply pipe network project of Dongsheng Kangbashi New District has been successfully implemented. The pipeline network of this project is 38 kilometers, with a total investment of 160 million yuan. It is part of the urban water supply project in the center of Ordos. It is planned to supply 200,000 tons / day to the central area of ​​Ordos, including 50,000 tons / day in the Kangbashi New District. After the project is completed, it will become another lifeline of water supply in the new area, effectively alleviating the pressure of water supply during the summer peak season in the new area. In addition, the Mukenyu water source development project has completed hydrogeological exploration and pumping tests and demonstration of water resources. The feasibility study report and water conservation plan have also received approval from the Water Resources Department of the Autonomous Region. The total planned investment for this project is 551.599 million yuan, and the daily water supply after completion will reach 60,000 tons.
