Buried Enhanced Modified PVC (MPVC-SR) Non-Excavation Dedicated Communication Pipe Currently, in communication non-excavation projects, PE pipes and silicon core pipes are mainly used. Our company's newly developed new generation of communication non-excavation dedicated pipe MPVC-SR is superior to PE pipes and silicon core pipes in terms of performance, connection methods, procurement costs, and transportation. The pipe is placed in a -15°C freezer and frozen for 1 hour before impact testing; it does not break. A convenient, ultra-high-strength connection method uses a special adhesive connection, which is easy to connect, and the strength of the connection is higher than that of the pipe body itself. MPVC-SR pipe has flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, and its flame-retardant performance exceeds V0 grade, which is very beneficial for fire safety; the raw materials use hygienic and environmentally friendly polymer materials and additives, and the pipe material entering the soil does not pollute the environment or soil. The raw material of MPVC-SR pipe is mainly calcium carbide, the price of calcium carbide is stable and the cost is low; its coefficient of friction is 0.25-0.35, the inner wall is smooth, the wire pulling resistance is small, and the out-of-roundness of the outer diameter is less than 1-3%, so the inner diameter utilization space is large, and the cost performance is far superior to HDPE pipes and silicon core pipes. MPVC-SR pipe meets the requirements of special scenarios, adapts to construction sites with walls and houses, and can be connected while pulling. And no power is needed for connection or repair; at room temperature, special glue can be used directly for socket connection, which is flexible and convenient.
PE pipes have an elongation at break of over 500%, and will not rupture under various ground subsidence and seismic crustal movements, demonstrating high safety. With a bending radius (R≥15D), pipe bending fittings are unnecessary, simplifying construction. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion of PE pipes is 1.5X10-4mm/mm℃, meaning their length is almost unaffected by temperature changes, and they do not undergo physical changes even at -80℃, making them especially suitable for use in severely cold regions.

In addition to traditional excavation methods, PE pipes can also be constructed using various new trenchless technologies, such as pipe jacking, pipe lining, and pipe bursting. This is the only option for places where excavation is not allowed.
