Perforated steel belt heat-resistant polyethylene prefabricated thermal insulation pipe is a new type of heating pipeline. It consists of a working pipe (including pipe fittings), a polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, and a polyethylene protective shell. As the three become one-body, directly buried in the soil, the thermal expansion stress caused by the temperature change of the inner tube is transmitted to the outer protective tube through the polyurethane insulation layer, and the soil friction force received by the outer protective tube is also transmitted to the working tube through the polyurethane thermal insulation layer. The friction of the soil is used to limit the thermal elongation of the pipeline. This requires that in addition to the heat insulation function, polyurethane must also have a certain compressive and shear strength.
Working tube features:
