Steel strip reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) spiral corrugated pipe is a structural wall pipe made of HDPE and steel strip melt-compounding. The pipe wall structure consists of three layers: the inner layer is a continuous solid wall inner pipe; a corrugated steel strip reinforcement formed by winding a U-shaped annular corrugated steel strip around the inner pipe; and an outer layer of HDPE with the same corrugation as the steel strip reinforcement is compounded outside the corrugated steel strip reinforcement. The novel structure is scientific and reasonable.
