Steel strip reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) spiral corrugated pipe is a structural wall pipe made of HDPE and steel strip melt-composite. The pipe wall structure consists of three layers: the inner layer is a continuous solid wall inner pipe; the outer layer of the inner pipe is a composite of useful steel strips wound around and folded into an inverted "U" shaped annular corrugated steel strip reinforcement; and the outer layer is a HDPE outer layer composite with the same corrugated shape as the steel strip reinforcement.
