ZhangjiakouCoal mine perforated steel strip polyethylene liquid pipe

Durable and highly secure - mainly used in urban gas projects, safe for over 50 years. PE pipes have an elongation at break of over 500%, and will not rupture under various ground subsidence and seismic crustal movements, thus exhibiting high security. Bending radius (R≥15D), eliminating the need for bending pipe joints, facilitating construction.

Product description

HDPE Gas Pipe

Durable and Safe - Primarily used in urban gas projects

Long Lifespan

Safe for use for over 50 years

Flexibility

PE pipes have a fracture elongation rate of over 500%, and will not rupture under various ground subsidence and seismic crustal movements, demonstrating high safety. With a bending radius (R≥15D), bending pipe joints are unnecessary, simplifying construction.

Cold Resistance

The linear expansion coefficient of PE pipe is 1.5X10-4mm/mm℃, its length is almost unaffected by temperature changes, and it does not undergo physical changes even at -80℃, making it especially suitable for use in severely cold regions.

Weldability

PE pipes can be connected using electrofusion or heat fusion methods. The connection is complete, tight, and absolutely leak-proof.

Corrosion Resistance

Acid Resistance

At room temperature, PE pipes are unaffected when immersed in solutions of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid (≤70%), nitric acid (≤25%), phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and complex acids (≤10%).

Alkali and Inorganic Salts

At 60℃, PE pipes do not corrode when immersed in various alkaline solutions, inorganic salts, and seawater.

Organic Substances

At room temperature, PE pipes are resistant to organic solvents such as hydrogen peroxide and gasoline, and will not corrode.

Workability

PE pipes are lightweight (only 1/7 the weight of steel pipes) and highly flexible. De16-De75 pipes can be coiled, facilitating transportation and construction.
