Kongwang steel strip heat-resistant polyethylene prefabricated insulated pipe is a new type of heating pipe. It is composed of a working pipe (including pipe fittings), a rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, and a polyethylene protective shell, which are tightly combined. Because the three parts become one, and are directly buried in the soil, the thermal expansion stress caused by the temperature change of the inner pipe is transferred to the outer protective pipe through the polyurethane insulation layer. The soil frictional force on the outer protective pipe is also transferred to the working pipe through the polyurethane insulation layer, using the soil's frictional force to limit the thermal expansion of the pipe. This requires the polyurethane to have not only insulation function, but also a certain compressive and shear strength.
Working Pipe Characteristics:
◎Can work for a long time at 90℃ and 1.0MPa pressure;
◎Smooth inner wall, no scaling, low friction coefficient, and water head loss is more than 30% lower than steel pipes;
