Material Properties
CPVC electrical conduit uses heat-resistant, excellently insulating PVC-C resin as its main material. CPVC products are currently recognized as green and environmentally friendly products, and their excellent physicochemical properties are increasingly valued by the industry. CPVC electrical conduit is a rigid, solid-wall pipe with smooth inner and outer walls. It is orange-red in color, bright and eye-catching.
Heat Resistance
CPVC electrical conduit has a 15°C higher heat resistance temperature than ordinary UPVC corrugated pipes. It can maintain its shape and sufficient strength in environments above 93°C.
Insulation Performance
CPVC electrical conduit can withstand high voltage above 30,000 volts.
Pressure Resistance
After material modification, the ring stiffness of CPVC electrical conduit reaches 10 KPa, significantly higher than the national regulation that the ring stiffness of buried plastic pipes should be above 8 KPa.
High Impact Resistance
At 0°C, CPVC electrical conduit can withstand the impact of a 1kg weight dropped from a height of 2m, fully demonstrating that the material's low-temperature impact performance fully meets the requirements of construction site conditions.
Flame Retardant Properties
Both PVC and PVC-C materials have good flame retardant properties and self-extinguish upon removal from the flame. In particular, PVC-C material, due to its significantly higher chlorine content than PVC, shows significantly improved flame retardancy and smoke density index.
Installation Performance
CPVC electrical conduit is lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install. It allows for night-time excavation and burial, with road surface backfilling completed so that traffic can resume normally during the day. Using an elastic rubber ring socket connection, installation is convenient, quick, and the connection is well-sealed, preventing groundwater seepage and effectively protecting the safe use of power cables.
Long Service Life
CPVC electrical conduit material is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, with a service life of over 50 years.
